The salesperson, Vicky, was careless and deceitful from the start. She raised the quoted price just before delivery, leaving me no choice but to pay more. I ordered high-gloss cabinetry but received matte-finished ones instead, along with missing parts and accessories. Despite paying her extra for the missing items, only a few parts were sent, and I had to purchase many accessories myself to finish the cabinetry. To make matters worse, their workers stole my $3,000 projector, and Vicky refused to take any responsibility. Her negligence and lack of accountability completely ruined my high-end cabinetry and the aesthetics of my new home. Maxky Furniture is unprofessional, unreliable, and lacks basic integrity. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.
